Our Vacation: Last Morning in Florida

Our last morning in Florida came WAY too fast! We were all really sad to leave, but before we did we had fun shopping through the little shops on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. My sister and I got these cute handmade headbands - we ended up picking the same fabric! Go figure!

After browsing Main Street, we headed out to see the sand dunes. It was beautiful!









We were disappointed to find out that the access to the beach was closed, so we were not able to go all the way to the sand and ocean. It was a bummer, but it was still really neat to see and the weather was gorgeous, of course!

After a seafood lunch, we got on the road and headed back to Georgia - for what seemed to be a never ending car ride! There was a major trucking accident and the freeway was completely closed down for a while. Poor Darby was so sick of sitting in her car seat for so long, so because we weren't moving at all, we let her out - which she loved. Of course we eventually started moving again and had to put her back, and she was very unhappy about that!

When we finally made it, at about 11pm, it was so good to be back to my sister house!
