The day Darby was born, her eyes widened (I am not exaggerating!) when her Great Grandpa spoke to her. He is very special, the only Great Grandpa she has living and is one of those - one in a million kinda people. She already loves him very much, as I think it's very obvious by looking at these pictures.

I can't wait to introduce Jaiden to his great-grandma. I feel so blessed to have her in my life still so she can see her family grow even more! I do wish my grandpa was still alive to see this day, but I know he'll be watching over us and smiling as his wife holds his great-grandson in her arms for the first time! <3
